STATE OF THE ART PRECISION MACHINE SHOP

• Aero Components is a State of the Art precision machine shop. We machine a diverse range of components for the Medical, Semiconductor and Energy industries and many others.
• We are a true job shop one of the largest in the south west.
• We have great relationships with our suppliers allowing us to make components complete and ready for our customers to use or assemble.
• We buy and machine a wide range of materials from raw material to castings from materials as common as aluminum, Brass, Copper and Steel to All grades of Stainless Steel, Super alloys, Beryllium Copper and Titanium.
• We also specialize in non-metal materials such as PEEK, Natural Poly, PVDF, Halar, and Teflon.
• We have the ability to machine heat treated materials and hold tolerances down to ± 0.0001”.

HANDPICKED AND TRAINED STAFF

• Our entire staff of Sr. Machinist/Programmers has risen from the ranks over the years. These Sr. Machinists can program from computer models with software such as Alibre Design Expert or just the part drawing at the machine control board.
• These Sr. Machinists program, set-up, and supervise machine operators.
• Don’t have a model or drawing but do have a sample part we can make it.

OUR EQUIPMENT

• We maintain over 155 CNC lathes including Integrex, Multiplex, HyperQuadrex and CNC Mills from 3x to 5x.
• Very few of our machines are over 5 years in service and we never buy used machines. Find another supplier who can say that!
• To support all of these machines our Quality dept. has 3 identical Mitutoyo Crysta Apex S CMM’s performing Fist Article, In-process and Final inspections as well as a fully equipped bench lab.

Aero Components is an ISO 9001 registered company and utilizes a lean manufacturing environment.

QUALITY MATTERS

Aero Components owner and employees firmly believe that quality matters.  We have a strict first article inspection policy where the first part at every operation is checked by one of our qualified inspectors using either one of our two CMM’s or by conventional methods, and then checked at specific intervals for in process inspection.  At the end of production, parts are final inspected to customer required AQL level.
