Aero Components Has over 155 CNC Machines. We use the latest and greatest from Mazak, Doosan, Mitsubishi and AgieCharmilles with 90% being Mazaks.
Here is an approximate list of our machines:
- 30 Milling machines both vertical and Horizontal from 3 axis to 5 axis with 2 horizontals paired with a Paletech Palet system.
- 87 Lathes including HyperQuadrex, Dual Turn, Multiplex and Doosan Pumas with live tooling
- 31 Mazak Integrex’s ranging from 100s to 400s all with dual spindle mill turn capabilities.
- 2 Okuma CNC cylindrical grinders (1) GP-36F-II and (1) GP-26T-II
- 2 Sinker EDM’s (1) Agie Mondo Star 50 and (1) Sodick AG55L
- 2 Mitsubishi MV1200S Wire EDM’s
- 3 Trumpf Laser engravers with 4th axis to meet your engraving needs
